Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DigiForge mobile application (“DigiForge”, the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The service
DigiForge lets you create reminders by voice and delivers spoken, escalating alarms. To interpret what you say, the text of your request is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions, free trial & billing
- DigiForge is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you confirm).
- New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you start a trial, you will not be charged during the trial period, and your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the app store terms you downloaded it from and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. DigiForge is a convenience tool and should not be relied upon for reminders where failure could cause harm (for example, medication timing or safety-critical tasks).
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders or alarms will always be delivered on time or at all, as delivery depends on your device, its settings, and network conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiForge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed reminder or task, arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
